Hello:] This Halloween, two of my friends and I are going to go so many Disney characters. I was thinking of making a Minnie Mouse costume like this, but I'm not allowed to buy a dress I do not think I would be able to find one. I have no reason to make the bow I'm pretty sure my neighbors have mouse ears due to go to Disney every year.
